Education for Men and Women

Whether you’re considering parenting or just want to learn more about pregnancy and life skills, we offer free educational classes through BrightCourse. There are classes open to both men and women and cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Pregnancy and fetal development
• Parenting skills for all stages
• Healthy relationships and communication
• Budgeting and life skills
• Co-parenting and fatherhood support

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge you need for whatever lies ahead. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with staff who can guide you through lessons and answer any questions you have.

Material Resources

As part of our commitment to supporting your journey, Life Choices Medical Clinic offers practical resources to help meet your immediate needs. Clients participating in classes can get baby supplies through our material assistance program.
